English youtubers Rose Ellen Dix and Rosie Spaughton are known for sharing snippets of their lives with their subscribers on a regular basis. Most of the time, the now married couple will update viewers on the ins and outs of their relationship and have been doing so since early into them dating one another. By doing such, the pair have managed to document significant memories and Rosie has previously expressed in one of their videos how she feels they are “lucky” through being youtubers that they are able to “film a lot of our relationship so we have moments on camera”.
It’s often that their following and fans admit to feeling a part of their lives, getting to witness the changes and growth with each tweet, blog post or new video. Feeling supported, the wives continue to share such personal information with their subscribers and encourage them to get involved wherever possible. Including the time when Rose uploaded a video to her channel, RoseEllenDix, on 4th June 2014, in which she recorded herself proposing to Rosie on her 24th birthday and also on 3rd April 2015, when they shared a near thirty minute long video of their wedding day.
Well the vloggers who first met in-person at a then-17 year old Rosie’s Halloween party in 2007, have continued to share details on their love life with their following having posted an announcement video on 5th January, revealing that they are one step closer to starting a family together.
In previous videos, when discussing the topic of children, the wives have discussed making use of a sperm donor. During yesterday’s video titled “WE’RE GOING TO HAVE A BABY” Rose informed the 469k subscribers that she will be the one carrying their child. During the over ten minute long upload, the wives settle on a date for when they will start the whole process, pulling it out from a pile of possible options and discovering that it just so happens to fall on 15th June 2017 – which is Rose’s birthday.
The parents-to-be then go on to jokingly discuss baby names, employing their usual back and forth banter as they argue whether naming the baby after Rose’s favourite cheese is acceptable or not. (Personally, we think “Edam” is a beautiful name too, Rose.)
Coincidentally, at the end of the proposal video posted nearly two years ago, Rosie’s 24th birthday wish was to have “babies” having admitted that since she was now engaged, that having kids with Rose was her only wish left to come true. Well, now it is Rosie. And we are confident the comedy duo, who already describe themselves as “liberal parents” who will love their child “no matter what” in their recent video will be excellent mothers.
We wish them the best of luck with it all!
